Instead of paying a flat amount, a Boom segment triggers a secondary Plinko-style ball drop. The slot the ball lands in at the base of the peg board determines your multiplier — the outcome is variable and not guaranteed to be high every trigger.
The lightning phase runs before betting closes each round and clearly displays which total values (3 to 18) have been struck. Check the board before finalising your bets — the eligible totals change with every drop.
Lightning Roulette reduces the base straight-up payout compared to European roulette to fund the elevated Lucky Number multipliers. If your number is not struck by lightning that round, you receive the reduced base payout rather than the standard 35:1.
